Sing - Blur - Leisure (CD, Album)

No extras included it's just the album as it was released originally This is a classic Britpop release and for me the A side is one of the best of the genre or that Blur have produced, 'she's so high' 'Bang' 'slow down' 'repitition' 'bad day' and 'sing', what a tremendous start to their career. Quality wise there's no issues the album sounds great/5().

On the U.S. version of the album, "I Know" was added to replace the removed song "Sing" (the latter was on the U.K. version of the album but was removed because it was considered too "arty" for the U.S. market.) "I Know" is a baggy, danceable song and was originally one of the two A-sides (with "She's So High") on Blur's debut UK Count: 2.

Tracks and taken from the She's So High / I Know single. Tracks to taken from the There's No Other Way single. Tracks to taken from the Bang single. Track taken from the I Love Her fan club single. Track taken from the Close fan club single.5/5(4).

Leisure peaked at number 7 in the UK Albums Chart. The album was certified Gold in the UK. 1.  · Blur's debut album, this CD features none of the quirky songwriting and social observation of British life that would earn singer Damon Albarn rave reviews, comparing him to the Kinks' Ray Davies and the Who's Pete Townshend. However, as a debut Leisure has plenty of spunk and appealing naiveté. This is a very Manchester-inspired affair, motivated by the dance-hall shuffle and /5().
