Title: Please Please Me Label: Capitol Product Type: VINYL LP Limited edition gram, audiophile vinyl LP pressing of this album from the Fab Four comes housed in replicated artwork. This is where it all began. When The Beatles scored a huge hit with the single for "Please, Please Me," they needed an album in a hurry.

 · The first lp by the Beatles. Essentially a studio recording of some of the highlights of their stage acts in Hamburg, Germany and Liverpool, England. It's easy to see why this record topped the British lp charts for nearly 8 months. Sounds great on vinyl (as it was originally intended to be heard).

O'Boy - "Please Please Me" has never sounded better to these old ears. Powerful. Crisp, wonderfully well-balanced. An audio treat. The last paragraph in this CD's enclosed booklet states " because the twin-track tapes of 'Love Me Do,' and 'P.S. I Love You' had been discarded, the original stereo vinyl LP presented them in fake stereo/5(2).
